Vehicle must be a 2005 model or newer.
Must be a 4-door sedan or SUV in good condition (no 2-door coupes or hatchbacks).
Fully functional Air Conditioning (A/C)
All seatbelts must be functional for both the driver and passengers.

Must be a standard 3-wheel passenger tricycle
Seats must be properly padded and cleaned, with enough space to comfortably sit three passengers.
Fully functional headlights, brake lights, and turn signals (indicators) are required for night visibility with no excessive exhaust smoke or oil leaks..
Must have a clearly visible and valid local government or state registration number.
